This monochrome arrow design made with a tough nylon pile, will be your first line of defence to help to protect your home from the worst of dirt the great outdoors has to offer.

Care:

  • A quick shake and a hose down
  • Heavy dirt can be washed off with water and a brush
  • Not suitable for machine washing or a high-pressure cleaner 
  • The mat allows rainwater to drain away slowly 
  • When subjected to very wet conditions, the mat can become waterlogged. If this happens, lift and allow your mat to dry for maximum performance.

Delivery

Free delivery over £50 offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £50 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

Goods to UK addresses should arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. Please advise of any special delivery instructions or if you require goods to be delivered to a different address.

Shipping

  • Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
  • Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping outside Europe
  • Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
  • Please complete the returns form indicating which product you would like to return and the reason for the return
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 01204 705070 prior to sending in this instance).
  • We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as The Mat Factory cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
