All Logo Mats are produced with a Stay-Flat rubber border.
(1) Choose Size, Orientation and Background Colour above.
(2) After you have placed your order email your Artwork Sample to: firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to note your unique order number clearly so we can identify your order. (Max filesize 10Mb).
Don't worry if your artwork is not ready yet, you can email it to us at any time over the next few days, we will also send you an email reminder.
Our designers can work with almost any PC file format you send, if there are any problems we'll let you know. Please read the Artwork Submission Guidelines (PDF) for more details regarding artwork.
(3) If required, please complete the Special Instructions Field - be as detailed as you like, but please be clear and precise.
(4) Choose Qty then Add to cart.
After recieving your Artwork Sample, we will email you within 5 working days with a PDF artwork, this will depict your finished mat design. You must approve this design by email before we can proceed with your order.
If you are not happy with this artwork, you have an opportunity to make one change free of charge. To make further changes there is an additional admin charge of £ 25.00 per revision, so please be sure you check every detail before you request changes. Your revised artwork will be returned for approval within 3 working days.
Please note: Your finished mat/s will be despatched within 10 working days from the date you approve the artwork for production.
We will notify you once we have despatched your new logo mat.
Your statutory right: You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days, you may do this by contacting us by email, please make sure you provide your full contact details on any correspondence along with your unique order number.
If you notify us before we have dispatched the goods to you we will immediately cancel your order and refund the full amount paid to your account.
Where goods have already been dispatched to you; you must first take receipt of the goods before returning them to us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We will refund your account for the purchase amount once we have received the returned goods in a re-sell-able condition.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note the cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
