• Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
• Please complete the returns form indicating which product you would like to return and the reason for the return
• Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 01204 705070 prior to sending in this instance).
• We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as The Mat Factory cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
