Guarantee

The Mat Factory offers a range of products with varying guarantees. All of The Mat Factory products are quality checked against defects and should a quality issue arise please contact our customer services team on 01204 705070 or email [email protected] You can also return your unused mat within 28 days of purchase for a refund if it is not suitable. For more information please see our returns policy.

Casaneta, Dirt Trapper Mats, Mighty Mudder, Car Boot and Bumper Protector mats (standard and premium) products are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years.

Anti-Fatigue and Anti-Fatigue Safety products are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 5 years.

Trendy Brush products do not come with a guarantee.

Important information

Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur. 

All prices include VAT at the current rate and are valid until 31/03/2022. Prices and descriptions supersede previous publications whether printed or electronic.
